One of the maxims of LiresCa is hygiene and cleanliness, proof of which are the positive evaluations of our guests.
Given the current circumstances caused by the coronavirus crisis, at LiresCa we have adapted and strengthened all those aspects of the day-to-day that are sensitive to the health safety our clients and our employees.
To this end, we have implemented a set of measures so that at all times your experience is as safe as it is comfortable.
Before your arrival:
✓ We have implemented web check-in to avoid as much as possible the manipulation of documents in a physical way, minimizing also the time of registration.
Upon your arrival:
✓ So that you can disinfect your hands before entering our hotel, we have hydrogels at the entrances and reception, and disinfectant mats at the entrances to the floors of the rooms.
✓ In our ground floor we have hygienic equipment at your disposal, such as masks and hydroalcoholic gels, as well as a laser thermometer in case you need to measure your temperature. We also have equipment to measure CO2.
✓ To avoid sharing paper documentation, we have online information about A Costa da Morte, and QR codes to consult the menu of our restaurant.
✓ All our dishes and kitchenware are washed at high temperatures.
✓ For cleaning we use the disinfectants approved against COVID-19.
✓ We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in common areas, with special attention to public restrooms, railings, handrails and door handles.
✓ We recommend that you keep a safe distance from other people who are not traveling with you. We also advise you not to touch the handles and doors of the rooms you are not going to occupy.
In the room:
✓ The textiles that may remain in the room with each new entrance are sprayed with disinfectant.
✓ Between the exit and entry of a new guest our cleaning protocol is intensified.
✓ We have implemented the sanitary barrier, with a double circuit for clean and dirty clothes without contact.
✓ The bathroom wastebasket has a lid, a bag and non-manual operation.
✓ Bedding and towels are cleaned at high temperatures.
✓ We have the Hygiene Certificate from the ELIS group of companies.
Our work team:
✓ All LiresCa work team is equipped with approved masks that we must wear at all times and gloves for those jobs that require its. Our work clothes are only used in our facilities.
✓ We have established internal guidelines for proper hygiene and frequent hand washing.
✓ Health and hygiene reminders have been posted in our work areas.
✓ All staff have been trained on the standards and protocols established for COVID-19.
